Removing Vendor Software Sources from a Custom Software Source
Remove a vendor software source from a custom software source in OS Management Hub to make content unavailable to instances that use the custom software source.
A custom software source must contain at least one vendor software source.
Important
Removing software sources might prevent instances that use the custom software source from receiving updates.
- On the Software Sources list page, select the name of the software source. If you need help finding the list page, see Listing Software Sources.
- Under Resources, select Associated software sources.
- Under List scope, select the compartment for the software source.
- Select the vendor software sources to remove.
- Select Remove.
Use the oci os-management-hub software-source update-custom-swsrc command and required parameters to update a custom software source, such as adding or removing software sources.
