Deleting a Filename Pattern

Delete a filename pattern in Data Catalog.

• 1. On the Home tab of the instance for which you want to delete a filename pattern, from the Quick actions section, click Manage filename patterns.
  2. On the Filename Patterns page, click the filename pattern that you want to delete.
  3. On the filename pattern details page, click Delete.
  4. On the Delete Filename Pattern dialog box, click Delete.

• Use the delete command and required parameters to delete a filename pattern:

  oci data-catalog pattern delete [OPTIONS]
